Despite only 1 loss separating them record-wise...

Every Conference game for the uw has been decided by 10 points or less except when they beat Stanford by 18.

Oregon is just the opposite, only one Conference game has been decided by less than 10 points...WSU.

In the 2 categories I find to be most important...Scoring Offense and Scoring Defense...how many points do you score and how many points are scored against you...

Oregon is #1 in SO while the uw is #5.

In SD Oregon is #6 and the uw is #8.

Yet the Georgia game skews Oregon...Oregon has allowed 29 TD's to the uw's 31...pretty close, right? Except 7 of those Oregon TD's allowed came against Georgia.

The uw is much improved over last year; made a very good hire as a head coach; like Oregon would probably not be having as good of season without their transfer QB...but Oregon is going to have to play uncharacteristically from what they have done all season (except Georgia of course) to lose this game.

As Lanning has instilled in them...it is another week and another game of Oregon playing Oregon!
