Good on players who entered the portal and inked prior to ESD.  After ESD is completed, you basically have a portal full of "unemployed" college football players with no scholarship in hand and no idea on where they will be enrolled for Winter Term/Spring Semester.  No idea on what schools can better transfer their earned credits to date. 

Regardless of anything else, there is still a scholarship limit at each program, and my guess is that there are fewer schollies left at the P5 level than there are players in the portal.  Could be humbling to more than a few players whose camps have these kids believing they are better than they are at this level...

No question this staff is absolutely killing it right now, Between the prep commits and the portal, Ducks have really filled some holes. Right now, with the O line kids, I'd say our offense is gonna be just as good as last year. Get the D tuned up, and Buckle Up!

Yes and no. Do think Oregon's roster is set after today?

Remember there are the first 2 weeks in May where the Transfer Portal opens up again after Spring Camp.

I think there is still plenty of movement remaining on rosters.

Plus not everyone necessarily wants to go to a P5 school on a scholarship i.e. see Sean Dollars and others joining former Oregon coach Ken Wilson at Nevada in the Mountain West Conference(pretty good football conference).

My belief is kids want to PLAY more than anything else and they don't necessarily put a premium on P5 schools that fans and media do.
