Does this sound like a reasonable roster % split?

Interesting approach for article with the writer interviewing various Pac-12 assistant coaches (anonymously) for their opinions about what Sanders faces at Colorado.

Specifically I was intrigued by Sanders 40-40-20 recruiting model which, because this article is behind a paywall at The Athletic, I did a copy / paste of below.

I wonder what Lanning's percentage splits / targets are? Sanders is certainly in a more "total rebuild" mode than Lanning but Oregon's roster turnover since Lanning was hired has been significant.

Nobody is going to win by not participating in NIL and the Transfer Portal. The days of building a program strictly through high school recruits is over.

From the article...

"He expects Sanders to use the same 40-40-20 recruiting model he had at Jackson State: 40 percent grad transfers, 40 percent portal recruits with several years of eligibility left, and 20 percent high school recruits.

"He’s a pretty good evaluator,” the Pac-12 assistant said. “I think the two things I’m looking for with him is the actual coaching part of it in terms of his staff and his in-game coaching decisions."
