    New Transfer Portal rules for second entry

    Well I guess the NCAA still has some teeth.

    I would think a head coaching change would also be an exemption but I didn't read that in this article.

    Anyway good to see criteria added for second entry into the Transfer Portal for UNDERGRADUATE players🙏
