Always enjoy ways coaches can bring some entertainment to an otherwise insignificant moment in the context of an entire season: an intra squad scrimmage or "Spring Game."
What a transformation one man has created. One year ago around 2,000 fans showed up for the Colorado Spring Game. This year in near freezing temperatures with some snow...45,000 people in attendance! Season tickets sold out for the first time in almost 30-years!
His style, approach and energy is irrelevant to me...among other aspects he is bringing much needed attention and eyeballs to the Pac-12.
With the subtraction of UCLA and USC, the Pac-12 needs some of the ho-hum programs to step up to the plate. That is happening at Colorado.
