He ain't wrong.
The resources have been and are still all there at UO to build a championship program. And if the recruiting and portal work keep improving and the coaching staff remains relatively stable for the next 2-3 years, this program can be right there at the top of the B1G with tOSU and UM.
As my mentor Buckaroo Banzai taught me many years ago: "No matter where you go, there you are." The choice is in deciding to truly "be there." Taggart and Cristobal were not all in and it showed and results varied. Lanning is all in and I think his "dream school" list is very short (UGA/'Bama). Just hope that Saban sticks around for a few more years as Smart ain't going anywhere soon...
