1) I expect OSU, in an effort to keep Oregon's offense on the sideline, to run the ball as often as feasible. They know they can't get in a shootout with Oregon.
2) Oregon's first down defense will be a key as to whether OSU can run the ball or need to pass.
3) The ONLY way Oregon loses this game is for the same reason why Oregon is 0-3 in UW / OSU rivalry games these past two seasons ...the ego of the Oregon head coach where it is all about what HE wants to do vs what is best for the TEAM. He is the "foe" I worry about the most.
We are in nearly an identical situation to last season with appearances in the Pac-12 Championship Game and Playoffs on the line. Hopefully the 4th time will be a charm🙏

I'm sure the Beavs will run, it's what they do, and I expect some slobberknockers for sure.
Dan Lanning is the reason we are in this position; another double digit win season with a chance for the playoffs. He uses analytics too much and chases points, but I'd take him over just about anybody out there. Any head coach will have a large ego .The TEAM loves the guy .Your assertion that Lanning is the "foe" you fear the most is absolute nonsense, and says a lot more about you than him.
