what a pleasure it is to watch any athlete wearing the Oregon uniform fight and compete, even when 14 pts down in the first half to a superior team. that's how you represent the state's flagship university.
Joe Lunardi, who's usually close-to-right, has the Ducks as an 11-seed in Spokane, v Texas Tech and then 3-seed Creighton if they win. lots of backstories there. we'll see what the final-sayers say this afternoon.

Absolutely unbelievable!
I didn't thin Oregon had a chance in hell to win the tourney. Why the heck couldn't Oregon play defense like THAT during the regular season? And man oh man Dante is an absolute Beast! He's saving his best ball for his curtain call.
Well, Altman made me eat my words. I haven't changed my opinion of him but that will be put aside for another day.
What a nice surprise to finish off the P12 conference with a title. Now lets make a run in the Big Dance!
