#20 Illinois comes into Autzen. I agree with some Illinois fans that they would probably be ranked higher if they were any of the big name teams. Indiana has a legitimate beef with the same argument.
Despite rain in the Portland area it looks like things are dry and might stay mostly dry in Eugene. I hope so since I think the Ducks can always use their speed and depth at the WR position as an advantage.
I've acutely watched a few times this year and have a good friend that's a huge fan. On offense they have a couple of solid receivers that block really well. Their QB has only thrown 1 pick this year and doesn't make many mistakes. They lost their best RB earlier in the year, but still are a threat to run the ball.
While Illinois is methodical they don't look very fast from the eye test. The Ducks should and need to use their athleticism as an advantage.
Since Illinois doesn't turn the ball over much the Ducks need to do the same. Turnovers could be very costly against a well coached team that doesn't make many mistakes.
I'll update the injury report when I see it. Burch and Ferguson and mostly scratches though along with the rest of the players that haven't played yet this year.
Go Ducks!!!

Injury update: All the players out last week are still out for todays game. The only bit of good news is that there are no surprises with any new additions.

Nice to see the 3rd down conversions. Same with the WR using their speed after making catches.

I've been texting with my Illinois friend and he just went quite

Looking good. Yards after catch big time. Nice to see Sadiq doing a great job filling in for T Ferg. Curious if we’ll see Treshaun.

Good question, I forgot about him. The ducks have never had depth at the wideout position like this.

And Treshaun enters the game. Out of the penalty box.

For him missing the rest of the game against Ohio State was probably the biggest penalty. It’s not like missing the Purdue game. Was that big of a deal?

Nice first half from the Ducks. My Illinois buddy is totally shocked by how good they look.
I would love to see the starters get a TD in the 3rd and bring in the backups. I heard something interesting in that some folks think the DL is trying to redshirt both Dante and Austin to keep from losing a year of their eligibility.

It's really hard to complain about anything, but I'd really see the Ducks come out of the half and not have to punt. It won't matter today. Come playoff time is sure could.

I didn’t like the punt, but I look at it as stopping a score then flipping the field. What bothers me more is that stupid Harmon penalty on 3rd down deep that eventually caused that score. Cannot do that in a close game.
