If you haven't heard yet Even Stewart posted on socials earlier in the week that he'll be back in November. Apparently he is ahead of schedule. He had surgery in June for his torn patellar tendon. This Duckswire article actually says a source is talking about the Minnesota game on November 14th. I believe that's only 1 of 3 games left so his redshirt would be intact. 

It would be great to add some depth and want him to come back for his own sake. The Ducks receivers are doing so well that it seems like more of a luxury to have him back. Of course it would be good to get him some reps before a potential playoff game.
