Film Analysis Washington
I've been busy with the holidays and all and am playing catch up on opponent scouting front. I've seen a little bit of the Huskies this year and thought they've looked good at times, but missed the 3 games where superior defenses grounded them.
An interesting note from this article "my data model has the actual value of homefield to this year’s Huskies as a little under 3 points on the scoreboard, slightly higher than the 2.75 which is the FBS median value but hardly insurmountable." Personally and listening to sports media and fans so much stock is put on having to play the fuskies on the road. I would've guessed a data model would've shown more than 3 points and the 2.75 median for any other team for that matter.

Best part of this win is they don't have to waste a game and injuries on the BIG10 Championship game which means nothing. Let IU and OSU kill each other while we heal and prepare. Home field advantage and a good chance to continue to the Champ game. I like our chances. GO DUCKS!

I like are chances too, especially if we get a receiver or 2 back and the offensive line get's more healthy, which I think they should. 2 1/2 weeks off seems like a good time to have off with the injuries and all. I don't think it was good to be off over a month like the Ducks were last year.
