Dylan Raiola has committed to Oregon

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_41Og3OJwpk

The Cornhuskers QB Dylan Raiola has officially committed to Oregon.

This must mean Dante is leaving? Maybe, supposedly Dylan said he'd be willing to sit a year a few weeks back. It still seems like a sign though since Dylan was one of the top portal QB's.

I'm just trying to keep up with the craziness. Yesterday we had the whole D-line come back and then saw nearly every defensive backup hit the portal. As of last night the Ducks had something like 23 players in the portal. This is the new normal in college football.

Re: Dylan Raiola has committed to Oregon

I'll admit I'm fairly agnostic about this transfer.  Who knows what a change of scenery and coaching can do for a player?  I was not excited about Nix, but his play and attitude changed my mind.  So time will tell, especially if he is cleared to play in the Spring game.

My attitude on Moore is noted.  I think he needs developed, and Oregon has not really done that to date, relying on his natural talent alone in my opinion...

Re: Dylan Raiola has committed to Oregon

I looked at some film of him today and he looks good to me. The knock on him that I was seeing in online forums is that he's a "statue" out there, not mobile.
The film I saw showed him scrambling a lot and picking up yardage.  Mostly because of Nebraska's crappy OL which ultimately resulted in his broken fibula. He does appear to have a very good arm too.
I've got the feeling he can thrive in the Duck offense when his time comes.

I agree, this is a good get. Let him rehab and learn the playbook. Pretty good situation I think.
