Good weekend to be a Duck!

Between a few Ducks getting drafted (some not highly) it was a good weekend to be a Ducks fan! Watched the Spring Game highlights and all looked good with a few adjustments. I am optimistic about the upcoming season. We picked up some awesome commits which will help in the future years. Quarterback room could prove interesting in the next couple of years.  Exciting times ahead!

Re: Good weekend to be a Duck!

That's for sure!

I didn't get the watch the Spring Game and was glad to hear that Even Stewart is back in action and doing well.

I'm glad so many Ducks got drafted although I was bummed that Sadiq got stuck with the Jets even though he was picked 15th. That pick must have been from a trade. As a Bears fan I was super happy that they took Dillon Thieneman at safety for the 25th pick. I hadn't watched a lot of pre-draft news and didn't realize he had shot up the boards after his combine numbers. By not watching I was a little surprised at Benson not going until the 6th a few players that didn't get picked up. Hopefully they can follow Tez's act and still make it. Overall though things have really changed from when I remember it was often just 1 or 2 Ducks taken at all.
