"Scientist, Albert Einstein, and a Magician"

Quote Dante Moore

To me the number one concern stopping the Ducks from winning it all it either the new OC Drew Mehinger or the O-line losing 3 starters. Drew isn't proven one bit and the bit on we have about him on paper doesn't look good. Of course remember the Kenny Dillingham freakout we had on Ducks forums including here? Thank goodness that worked out so you at least have to put a little trust in DL. To me it's been a let's wait and see. I think we may not know until well into the season gets started, but for now the very first initial signs seem to be there. Nobody is going to throw a new OC under the bus in training camp, but you wouldn't make a quote like this if you weren't feeling at least fairly positive.

I'm not going to make a separate post, but another take is the D-line has been dominating the O-line. The caveat being a lot of folks are picking the D-line to dominate everyone in the country and the new O-line is expected to take some time.

Even Stewart is back at full speed in other news.

Numerous younger players including redshirts and true freshman are turning heads.

I'm seeing all types media folks picking the Ducks as a contender or even their top pick to win it all this year. Hot takes are always a thing and I hate to get carried away with analysis at this point. Make no mistake that this might be the most complete Ducks team we've ever seen. It's just that there's another top notch dozen plus teams out there as hungry as ever. I like our chances regardless and can't wait for the season to start in just a few weeks.

Hope everyone is doing well. Go Ducks!!!
