Nope, definitely not a surprise. With the season only a short time away and national COVID numbers getting worse along with college players testing positive the whole situation is looking grim. Everyone's really in uncharted waters.
If the fall season has to be cancelled how would things get sorted out for a spring season? Would you just try a shortened in conference spring season and then plan to resume the 2021 season as planned in the fall still? How would this affect the seniors and players like Penie planning to go pro after one more season and not to mention the NFL draft for the year and next years commits coming in? I guess I'm really getting ahead of myself and the reality is there's a lot more questions than answers right now.

If season is played conference only by all power 5 conferences the pac will be left out of CFP again. 2 perhaps 3 from the SEC get in
