Haven’t heard anything about it from the PAC-12 POV, but so far the B1G has been taking the lead with rumors and announcements and such, so no big surprise.
Good article: thanx. There are no good options, but I'm starting to feel like waiting until next fall makes the most sense.

Winter sounds like a better option than spring if just given those options. An 8 game schedule could still make playing fall 2021 possible. Playing in the spring will lose players going in the draft and worst of all make playing in the fall not very reasonable. Winter has a number of downfalls including on whether things will be any safer than they are now. I sure hope so. ORG is probably right that fall might make the most sense. It's just hard to stomach having to wait over a year.
