It is in conjunction with USA Today and at the moment is quite exclusive...the only "Wires" in the Pac-12 are USC and Oregon as you can see from the list.

I think what it may be is their own writers re-writing what they find "on the wire"...but as they note, they want to be a one-stop source. Which could be a way to avoid subscription fees on other platformsto say nothing of getting a different voice from OLive, RG, 247Sports, etc. It also looks like they will stay with hard news sources vs taking anything from pathetic fan boy websites like FishDuckPhony.
