Offensive Line haul.

It can't be emphasized enough: what this staff is doing in terms of recruiting on the O-Line is historic in talent. Does anybody besides me want a bruising 6'1" 230 lb RB???

Sure thing! I wish Royce Freeman was still around. I'm sure he'd be happy to run with this line. Not that the line hasn't been really good for a while now. They just keep getting bigger guys that are still really athletic and rated higher than ever.

Re: Offensive Line haul.

Anything related to the offense I have on "pause" until I see with my own eyes that Cristobal allows the talent to "go at it."

If your core philosophy and signature play is "Verdell up the middle"...yeah with that OL  you will win more games than you lose; be in the top 3 in the Pac-12 and so on...but you are not making the playoffs.

It was interesting to read the article with interviews of both Brown and Shough(they are both at the Manning QB Camp) about last year and Shough saying he and Moorhead "did not have the best relationship."

That can be viewed in many different ways but it contributes to my perception that Cristobal-Moorhead-Mastro don't yet have a defined offensive philosophy beyond "physicality at the line of scrimmage."

We are starting our 3rd different QB in 3 seasons...Oregon can recruit any OL they want but if the scheme / play calling / coaching are the same...
