Fresno state is looking like the better team. Our pass defense is atrocious, along with our passing offense.
I could wonder if Cristobal is keeping a vanilla offense to not give anything next week, but I’ve watched enough Oregon football over the years to know that’s not it.
Hopefully it’s just rust.

Again, no pressure on the QB and playing soft in the secondary.
Right... the D started really strong. Seems they lost interest. Hope thats not a recurring theme this season. First game, they should be jacked and ready to play. MC needs to address that and line play in the locker room. Looking for those adjustments and they are easy fixes.

yep-seems like pass defenders are 5 yards behind and QB has way too much time --wuts up with that? lookin to half time too soon? I dunno it is the first game, maybe thats it. But tOSU is licking their lips.

They got to be able to get less than a yard against Fresno.

True, but we aren't looking good either.

True, typical week 1 but you want to see more.

Ill just say this--Cristobal just does not want to play Oregon ball-hes still stuck at Miami

The defense seem to loose interest last year as you saw individual efforts at times. With all the opt outs, lack of practice, and the short crazy season it was somewhat understandable. There's absolutely no excuse today.
The offense is looking like more of the same from last year too. The O-line looking out of sorts is a bit surprising though.
Time to step it up Ducks

I really miss some of the simple screens to get the edge back when Kelly was around.

Bulldogs are a good football team. But with the talent on the field this game should not be tied. Ducks came out of the locker room and regressed. Start coaching coach.

Ouch, AB looks nervous.

Why do you throw the ball 7 yrds behind line to gain? Have to know where the sticks are.

This is embarrassing

Brown does not look comfortable or composed out there. Looks like Prukop against Nebraska, just out of place with no rhythm. Not my expertise on when to give him the hook, but he is not leading this team….
