Unbelievable.

That really stinks. It's a position we're getting pretty thin at with the other injuries piling up. I wish Isaac Slade-Matautia wouldn't have transferred. Perhaps he wishes the same.

Some insight into the players filling in..DJ Johnson is a stud on both sides of the ball. Gotta appreciate the way these kids accept new roles. MC fostering a "Team First" attitude.

Thats 2 seasons in a row isn't it? Man, I hope this kid can stay healthy. Huge talent and will have opportunity to earn an income that will sustain him a lifetime in just a few years. Wish the kid a speedy recovery.

Good read. Makes tOSU game that much more impressive. Thats one of the best offenses in the country and only hung 28 on the Ducks. Huge props to the defense. Would be easy to say the secondary got beat up but... 50+ pass plays to the best receiving core in college football. Well done Oregon.

Nice article. DJ Johnson was a 4 star defensive end originally recruited to Miami, if I remember right. He converted to TE after coming here because of our injuries at TE. Just flip him to whatever side of the ball you need him, I guess, he performs either way. Impressive ability to go either way and impressive attitude to do so willingly. He may not be a superstar but guys like that find a way to play on Sundays.
