Welcome to The Duck Room. We're an old school Oregon Ducks fan site dedicated to our University of Oregon Ducks sports. This community is centered around sharing updates, news stories, and opinions, and thoughts related to Oregon Ducks sports.

One of the best things besides the great users we have on here is that The Duck Room is completely free. Always has been and always will be. Don't be shy as everyone can post your latest thoughts on the Ducks. Just see the few simple rules below.

1. Common sense community standards apply.
2. Posts of political nature of post that would lead to such matters do not belong here, there's a whole internet for that.
3. Fans of different teams are allowed here as are difference of options, however trolling is not tolerated.
4. We have to abide by copyright laws, which means quoting an articles story and posting links works. On the contrary copy and pasting entire copyrighted stories is against the rules.

Reser Stadium implosion

In the next phase of renovating Reser Stadium, the west side was imploded...I found it interesting to see from different angles.

No doubt Orange Army believes this will eventually lead osu to having the #1 facilities on the west coast! 😂

Pretty cool.  My guess is they turn it into a green space and up that % capacity number for tix sold…😳

Glad to see the investment there, all P12 ships need to keep rising if to keep pace in this arms race….

I got in on an interview from an older Beavs fan on the radio yesterday. He was talking about how popular the high school games were back at Reser in the 70's and 80's. He said the big rivalry games would bring 8,000 - 10,000 on Friday night. Basically everyone from the area would attend. That's not something you see in the North West. The Beavs used to get a good amount of the locals attending, which has been declining a lot in recent years.
