I am glad they don't take themselves too seriously with this ranking because fan bases will go ballistic! 😂
There is a ink in the article for 26 thru 65(Lanning is #54...one behind Scott Frost!😲😂)
Cristobal is overrated and the sentence "...turned the Ducks into the West Coast's most feared powerhouse" is ridiculous.
Ultimately as they note, it all comes down to what you prioritize as important for a head coach. For me, Cristobal himself taught me there is much much more important aspects than recruiting.

They thought Cristobal could be a lot higher too! Most sports writers don't know much about what's going on in the West Coast.
I thought Kalen DeBoer could've been ranked a lot higher than 51 with what he did at Fresno.
This is definingly all for entertainment.
DL has really done all he can do at this point in time. It's hard to really put a rank on him. I don't think Chip was thought of as a high ranked coach going into his first year as the head coach of the Ducks.

In my opinion, Oregon made MC, not the other way around. Lanning will be judged on how the team performs this year: my bet is he's a lot higher ranked next year.
