I confess to being surprised to see Oregon at #6 behind only Alabama, luckeyes, Clemson, Oklahoma and Georgia! When I read the title I figured the Ducks would be "close" to the Top 10.
Considering Oregon is now on its 5th head coach during that time frame i.e. averaging a new head coach every couple of years, makes it even more remarkable.
If my calendar math is correct...10-years starts with Helfraud so it doesn't include the Chip Kelly era.
Also surprising, I think, is to find 5 Pac-12 teams on the list including Oregon.

Includes last year of Chip Kelly (12-1) and so three years of Mariota. One year with Vernon Adams. And of course the Justin Herbert years, which undoubtedly weren't as good as they could have been but better than a lot of teams. And last year's record was better than a lot of teams, too, though again finally disappointing.

Pretty impressive given the coaching carousel. I expect it to continue with this staff and the talent they're bringing in...

That was my first thought with the QB's deserving of a lot of the credit.
Regardless, that's a good ranking and I didn't realize the Ducks would be that high. We've had a lot of talented football players to watch in recent years.
