    Rivals Top 100

    Rivals is about to release it's final top 100 player rankings. While we still don't know if players like Butterfield, Hill or Manning were able to crack that top 100 list, they did release a preview and we do know that Oregon comes in with two of the top ten.

    Noah Sewell is listed at #10. Justin Flowe is ranked #8. They are listed as #23 and #4 respectively by 247.

    I don't believe any other school from the PAC had any top 10 players listed.
