I got tired just scrolling down the list. That is a lot of "relationship building" to fill 25-ish spots each year. A lot of egos in need/want of stroking... No wonder some coaches have no personal life or have trouble with the actual coaching on the field with all of this going on...

Being a successful college coach really means hardly any family time in the modern game. I've heard a few coaches wives speak on the matter.
I remember a number of interviews when MC was asked about family and he really didn't have much to say about time together outside of the house.
At least they get paid royally for the hardship unlike some blue collar workers working 2 jobs to support the family.
