I've pretty much been happy with hire from the start.

Two points in that which are really encouraging to me.

First, what he says about Dillingham.  I've been somewhat skeptical of him.  But if he's willing to listen to, engage with, learn from a more experienced coach who is working under him, that bodes well for the future.  It means there's a reasonable chance that weaknesses in his coaching are going to get solved.

Second, what he says about Locklyn.  They are on the same page.  That's vital to a good running game.  You don't have to have great coaches at both positions but you do have to have your OL coach and RB coach working together well.
