Analysis of Rutgers

What do you know about Rutgers? I sure don't know much about them. I'm glossing over their stats. For me it's a little less enjoyable to do a deep dive on a lower tier opponent.

The Ducks are favored by 17.5 for a reason. Apparently Rutgers red zone offense is horrible. They're not any better on the defensive side of the ball and not even in the top 100.  Their coach Schiano is widely respected as a defensive mind, but they lost their DC in the offseason.

I'm just ready to see how the Ducks come out under a loss. It seems more about how they play than what Rutgers does, which I'm sure DL is telling the players too.

Don't know much about Rutgers either. It would be a good story to find out how they got into the BIG. On another subject, watched the Miami Louisville game last night. Carson Beck threw four interceptions in the loss. The Miami defeat will help the Ducks in the rankings as Louisville was unranked.

Ducks need to play better in the 4th quarter. They seem to take their foot off the gas pedal in the 4th as witnessed in the last 2 games. Take care of business for the rest of the season and we should be in good shape. GO DUCKS!

Wow, I missed the Miami game. There hasn't been many good Friday games and I overlooked that one even though I probable wouldn't have been able to watch much. I'd seen a little of Miami, which looked good. I kind of figured Mario would play conservative and lose a game. It's a little surprising it game against an unranked team though. At this point it looks like Ohio State and Indiana are probably the teams to beat.
