He is/was a personal hero of mine since I was a kid. That 30 for 30 sealed the deal as to why after almost 50 years of being a Blazer fan. He was the best pure passer in the game and he was a coachable person and he fought hard against a fractured body and stuttering voice to become a legendary human being. If I am guilty of terrific hyperbole here, it’s in honor of Big Red. RIP #32.
