Welcome to The Duck Room. We're an old school Oregon Ducks fan site dedicated to our University of Oregon Ducks sports. This community is centered around sharing updates, news stories, and opinions, and thoughts related to Oregon Ducks sports.

One of the best things besides the great users we have on here is that The Duck Room is completely free. Always has been and always will be. Don't be shy as everyone can post your latest thoughts on the Ducks. Just see the few simple rules below.

1. Common sense community standards apply.
2. Posts of political nature of post that would lead to such matters do not belong here, there's a whole internet for that.
3. Fans of different teams are allowed here as are difference of options, however trolling is not tolerated.
4. We have to abide by copyright laws, which means quoting an articles story and posting links works. On the contrary copy and pasting entire copyrighted stories is against the rules.

    Ducks Vs.Idaho Vandals B1G Premier Game Chat

    This will be an unofficial game chat as it sounds like a number of regulars will not be watching the game with the blackout this week. 

    It always seems like eternity for the first game to come around. 

    Ducks fans have a lot to be excited about. Go Ducks!!!

    Well that all looked pretty good. Three-n-out then a nice drive for the score. Dillon looks calm, poised and accurate.

    The Vandals are going for broke. Why not I guess?

    I was looking forward to a new kicker this year. Just one kick, but not the start you hope for.

    I'll be able to focus on the game now. I was on the phone trying to help my older tech illiterate Aunt stream the game.

    Ducks go cold for two possessions then wake up after the pick for another nice scoring drive.

    Welp, Ohio St. - Akron game was 17-3 going into the half.

    O-line needs a lot of work. Too much pressure - a sack, a ball fumble. I realize it’s a bit of an overhaul in personnel but get it together soon, the real B1G opponents are coming.

    Positives: The Vandals haven't scored yet

    Negatives: Sloppy play, lack of QB protection at times, stringing plays together, FG kick. The defense clamped down when they need to in the Red Zone, but things could've gone another way.

    Let's hope James is okay. I was more worried about Noah getting hurt going into this. The ideal situation would've been to put in backups at this point.
