Welcome to The Duck Room. We're an old school Oregon Ducks fan site dedicated to our University of Oregon Ducks sports. This community is centered around sharing updates, news stories, and opinions, and thoughts related to Oregon Ducks sports.
One of the best things besides the great users we have on here is that The Duck Room is completely free. Always has been and always will be. Don't be shy as everyone can post your latest thoughts on the Ducks. Just see the few simple rules below.

2. Posts of political nature of post that would lead to such matters do not belong here, there's a whole internet for that.
3. Fans of different teams are allowed here as are difference of options, however trolling is not tolerated.

Ducks vs. Ohio State Game Chat
Welcome to the biggest game of the year and one of the biggest regular season games ever. This is the first time Autzen has hosted 2 top 5 teams.
What a beautiful day in Eugene. All sun with a high of 75.
Unfortunately on the injury front it's been reported that Jordan Burch injured himself Thursday in practice and is uncertain for today. Please post if you know anything more or I will when I do. The other injury news was that it was the same players still out and nobody else joined the list from last week.
What's the biggest matchups and strengths and weaknesses going into today's game? I'm looking for the run game to get going and DG to make them pay with a deep threat. It's possible their elite secondary might try to dare DG to throw deep. I think if the run game get's going early this should elevate some pressure. Ohio State hasn't seen an elite offense yet nor have they had to play from behind. I would love to see them firring on all cylinders early and make Ohio State uncomfortable. Conversely the Ducks need to slow down the run on the defenses side. There's so many more matchups and situations to watch.

I am SO fired up for this game! And nervous! Neither team has played an opponent of this caliber. If the Ducks can play smart and the D remains stout, this could come down to who has the ball last. A worthy adversary for sure.

I was thinking the same thing couldn’t they have thrown a challenge play? I don’t think it was in an interception, but he most definitely did not catch that pass and that was for over 30 yards

They're reviewing it. Why no review of the earlier interception or incompletion for OSU? This is nerve wracking.

My buckeye buddy texted me that Lanning was waiting for the crew to review rather than burn a timeout. He also said it was a clear interception.

It was unfortunate considering they got the momentum back and then that was just a such a letdown seeing that slop. Luckily the defense just got the momentum back our way.

The ducks fans are giving the defense areal boost! Ilytake the word of longtime fans that go to every game, but this is one of the loudest sound in games in Eugene I’ve heard from the T.V.
