In the article (link below) Cristobal says “I think every time you have a vacancy, and that relates to everyone in an organization, you always have the opportunity to upgrade,” Cristobal said Monday. “That’s not a dig or a shot at anybody because I think that our previous coordinator did a really nice job while he was here.
He may not have intended the comment as a dig at Arroyo, but it does come across that way.

I heard him say that too. But I didn't take it as a dig at Arroyo. Just always wanting to improve.

I simply take it as Cristobal always driven to improve...which is one more reason I'm convinced the right man is at the helm.
