Some sort of good news is that Tez is expected back this season. One report yesterday said maybe the B1G Championship game or a possible playoff game if not.
DL said sort of the same thing about Harper that he expected him back this season. Kawika Rogers got in for Harper and could be his replacement. Dave Iuli is suppose to be at least somewhat healthy and could be an option. I heard some speculation about Bedford from some people, but Matt Prehm and Erik Skopi from the Autzen Audibles show who actually watch practices said that he has not been practicing at all. Furthermore playing him would burn a medical exemption to came back for another year, which seems like the logical path.
For the Ducks next 3 games it seems like they can only beat themselves. Maryland isn't considered to be very good and we get them at home on Saturday. Wisconsin has been the game I've heard more Ducks fans worried about this year. They just lost to Iowa 10-42 last week. Yes, Iowa scored 42 points on them. And then the Huskies are coming to town. I feel a lot better about this one being a home game. To be none of those games seem that concerning if they play like they have.
Some off topic Ducks thoughts:
Who would've thought that Lincoln Riley would be in the hot seat at this point a couple years ago? While I questioned his ability to win playoff games I expected his offense to win a number of regular season games. They're below 500 now.
Conversely who would've thought Mario would be undefeated with Miami? I haven't followed them much, but it seems like he's letting his QB play like a modern QB.
That's all for now, Go Ducks!!!
