Game Time/TV: 4:30 pm PST on NBC
Weather: 45 degrees at kickoff and partly cloudy in Wisconsin, FYI: Eugene will be 45 and heavy rain at the same kickoff time.
Odds: Ducks -13.5, Point total 51.5
Ducks Injuries: Tez and Marcus Harper will be out for sure along with all the Ducks players already out. DL is saying Jordan Burch and Jordan James might play. Of course DL never tells anything and practices have been closed to the media this week. We might not know until later. I'll update things when the official injury report comes out.
Wisconsin Analysis: Their defense is the strength of the team as they hold opponents to 21 points per game and are bosting the 6th best pass defense. However, Wisconsin's rush defense is second worst in the Big Ten and 92nd in the country. They give up 165 yards per game.
While Wisconsin is coming off of back to back losses against Iowa and Penn State, they are also coming off a bye week. Their home field environment has been compared to Eugene with the cheering and electricity from the fans. I think the spread would be a lot different if this was in Eugene.
Wisconsin in known to play smart. However, the Ducks have the speed advantage and should be able to beat them on the outside. A big question is Jordan James healthy? Whether they need to rely on the run game more or not it would be really advantages to open up the passing game. DG and the WRs seemed just a little off last week, which makes you wonder how much he's missing Tez or simply had an off week.
That's all for now, looking forward to this game. Go Ducks!

Some good and bad news on the injury front. Jordan Burch is out for the game and Jordan James is in. I think everyone else is out that was and there's no surprise additions at least.

Just read that Jordan Burch is out.

Crepea just posted: Tez Johnson is out but he's in Madison and moving around in pregame albeit without the numbered hoodie that other players are wearing

That's a good sign. I really hope he is completely ready to go for the B1G title game. We'll need everyone for that game and the playoffs for that matter.

Very good news that James is in. We need to get the one-two punch of James and Whit establishing the ground game to open up downfield.
I expect Lanning gets them energized after last weeks off game. Not sure what that was all about, DG talked about it in his post game presser.
GO DUCKS !!

Hey Durango! I agree let’s get the two headed monster going!

I’m kind of surprised Wisconsin elected to take the ball

Good start for the ducks, it looks like Wisconsin called to take the ball worked out in favor. Of course I shouldn’t speak too soon with all the goofy penalties last week. Let’s hope there’s not a penalty on the punt.

DL made the right call with the field goal. In the past he might have gone full board river boat gambler and go for it on 4th in 5 rather than take the easy 3.

Despite Wisconsin, not being good on offense, they’ve been really good at protecting the quarterback. It’s nice to see the ducks reach their QB early.

Did not want that pic. DG a bit behind in that toss. Drive was looking good. Now for another three and out.

The announcer just said DG hasn't thrown a lot of interceptions, but he's thrown critical ones? I guess redzone = critical is the only thing that makes sense since none have them been "critical" in my opinion, because the game has always been in control. In addition it's not like he's throwing pick 6 back at the other endzone. To me those are critical.

Glad to see the defense starting well. DG made a bad throw, but it was unfortunate that it got tipped up.
