Suburban Ford

Don't know it its appropriate here? Sorry if not. Just bought a new Lariat from Suburban Ford. If any of my fellow Duck fans are in the market I highly recommend checking them out. Best car buying experience I have had so far. Did the whole deal on line. Super jacked about the whole process. Dave Flom was excellent.

Re: Suburban Ford

A good truck is a joy forever. Glad it worked out well, and enjoy  it! Bought a sweet Tacoma last year with a perfect Oregon decal on it. Macho truck that I love driving. The kids and I are taking her fishing tomorrow...

Curious what motor/tranny setup you chose?  Ford offers so many choices!  Congrats on the new wheels.

It has the 3.5 EcoBoost with the 10 speed. There is a ton of get up. I stood on it and hit 75mph very quickly. What amazed me was that I didn't feel it shift once. Just smooth as silk all the way through the gears.

I had some work done on my pickup, and will have more done Tuesday, and we were BSing about the new rigs. One guy brought up this very package. Sounds like a very innovative and powerful addition to Fords lineup. Congrats on the cool ride, LH.

Re: Suburban Ford

You know what they say about a Ford...Fix or Repair Daily!  I've owned two Ford's.  Never again.  Hope it works out for you.

Re: Suburban Ford

What is towing capacity on that specific package?  Too lazy to Google...

Saying 13200 but I will believe that when I see it. Don't know that I would be comfortable with a little half ton.

Re: Suburban Ford

Right on, totally get the trust issue on towing.  My truck is rated for 10,000lb but struggles with 7,000lb max...  starting to window shop and with all the new tech innovations it is confusing what is real in metrics and not...

I drove comparable Dodge, Chevrolet and Toyota. No question about which is the superior pick up. I say drive them all.
