It's a team sport, but the Ducks wouldn't have had a chance without Nate last night against the Hawkeyes.
He was doing it all from blocking shots downlow to affecting 3 point shots and then scoring every place on the court for offense.
I think the Ducks would've lost by 20 points last night without him.
Next up is Wisconsin this Saturday at 9 AM. The Ducks are going to need everyone to show up for this one.

Nate has battled injuries these past few years, so it must feel great to be out there running the floor and playing the game the way it should be played. good to see both home-state kids, Nate and JS, making major contributions. helps put butts in the seats, too.
this is a good team, not great. they really struggle at times to score the ball. a win v Wisky this morning would just about clinch a trip to The Dance, but that's a tall order. Badgers are on a win-streak, 13-1 at home, and in the hunt for a B1G title. which made it all the more crucial to get the W v Iowa.

Yeah, that was one hell of a win and really fun to watch.
I agree with your previous assessment that they’re a good, but not great team.
It seems like their defense has been better as of late.
I just wish they could be more consistent with jumpers and on three-pointers as far as getting better shots and making them more consistently. It’s hard to be really good at in this day of age if you can’t consistently shoot the ball well. I shouldn’t be complaining about a today after that win though. The past few years the bigs have been hurt. Having Nate being able to protect the room, score down low and grab boards is literally huge!
Let’s go Ducks!

Nate is the first Duck to earn B1G player of the week. He's most certainly deserving of the award.
Now let's keep getting some W's!
