Here's some notable names and their takes.
Josh Pate: .
I fully expected Josh to take the Ducks after he made comments like when talking about Drew Allar. "Some of these look like typos. He's 2 of 9 on throws of over 20 yards in the air". He goes on to mention that the Ducks have 31 pass plays for over 20 and Dante is throwing at almost a 75% completion rate. He mentions Oregon is 16th in the country in redzone scoring and Penn State is 88th. In the end he picks Penn State referencing how much time Penn State has had to prepare for this game and how much they need this game. Apparently his model has this as a pick em game.
J.D. Pickell:
He thinks Oregon is going to take the 300 yards on the ground that Penn State put up personally and he doesn't see Penn State putting up those numbers again. He likes how versatile Oregon is on offense and talks about Dak, Benson, and Sadiq. He believes Oregon playing slightly better teams this year will serve them well and he's taking Oregon in a close game.
Craig Shemon:
Craig doesn't think the bye and weak schedule will help Penn State either. He also expresses concern about Drew Allar's efficiency in recent games and touches on the pressure on James Franklin to win big games.
Apparently a number of the computer models have the Ducks with an advantage as well. I agree with J.D.'s and Craig's take that the cupcakes for Penn State this year will not help Penn State. Has anyone one else heard any big takes or surprising ones?

Predictions I have seen are for a close game and basically a pick em. My biggest concern is can Dante handle the noise in the stands. If our O line gives him some time, that will be key. It'll help that Noah should be back. Our secondary is better than last year, so if our D line gets some pressure on Allar and slows their run game, we win. I think our overall team speed will also be a big factor. Gonna be an awesome college atmosphere. Go Ducks!!!
