1. Common sense community standards apply.
2. Posts of political nature of post that would lead to such matters do not belong here, there's a whole internet for that.
3. Fans of different teams are allowed here as are difference of options, however trolling is not tolerated.
4. We have to abide by copyright laws, which means quoting an articles story and posting links works. On the contrary copy and pasting entire copyrighted stories is against the rules.

Pre-game Prep are You Ready for 9 AM

As to why the Western most schools are the first game of the day is presumably related to TV ratings. Maybe they think the high pop density of the East Coast will watch the Ducks game before theirs and not the other way around? Regardless, this puts the fan enthusiast on the morning of News Years to be on top of their game.

I'm verry grateful to not have any plans tonight. My plan is to be the biggest party pooper and get to bed early and sober tonight. It’s vegetables, healthy fats, and exercise for me today. For me the holiday is all about the Ducks tomorrow.

I'm prepping for tomorrow today. What's on your gameday menu? We still have a little buttermilk from Christmas Day that needs to be used up. Perhaps I'll start with some buttermilk pancakes. For late morning I have some homemade salsa ready to go and will also make some guacamole before the game to be ready when the occasion calls along with some other snacks and the fixings for tacos or burritos for maybe after the game or hopefully the Ducks will be up several scores and I won't be worried about missing a play while making tacos or something.

What about your beverage? Coffee to start? I'm thinking about a little splash of coffee liquor in my coffee for the game. It's far too early for any type of beer for me.

What else are you doing to prep for the game or not doing tonight for that matter?
