Autzen to have largest video screen in college football.
Another reason it is great to be a Duck !

don't know about the new big screen, but the upgrade to the sound-system is long overdue. sounded like they bought the speakers outta a van in a mall parking lot, cuz 'this is my last pair, dude'.
good to see the UO AD responding to input from fans and trying to make the in-stadium, game-day experience better. somebody there recognizes that butts-in-seats is still the primary pillar of AD funding.

Yes, the sound has long been lame. I just hope they don’t constantly pipe in club music with the volume at 11 like they do at ASU.
Autzen should be rockin, though, this fall for tOSU.

I’m confident it will be. Things change daily, though.

That should make the experience even more electric. The sound was a little nostalgic for me since it sounded just like the system at my high school growing up LOL!

I hate to be picky, but it would be cool if they kept the old scoreboard because it's kind of iconic at this point, but add displays to the sides of the entire stadium wall down on the field. Kind of like the back wall of the big courts at the Australian Open.
Jump to 3:56 of this youtube video, if you don't know what I'm talking about.
I'm glad to see that it'll be privately funded.

I’m pretty sure they are keeping the video on the west end. And I like the funding choice as well. We all will probably be getting emails for $$$.
