probably be some kind of hybrid; mostly online & remote w some classroom mixed in. maybe even stagger MWF attendance to one day per week for 1/3 of the class for distancing.
just five or so years ago, when there was a single, overarching Oregon State Board of Higher Education, it would have been one decision affecting every university in Oregon, from UO down to SOU in Ashland and WOU in Monmouth. now, since The Hat and The Schism, each school can make these decisions independently.
not so in football, I worry. if Stanford or Tulane or Maryland determines that they won't field a football team this fall, does that bring down the entire NCAA house? could there be an abbreviated season with a limited number of teams. and will fans be allowed? (cuz 60,000 people in close proximity for four hours is an open invitation to lawsuits from underworked attorneys.)
