I don’t see Live Chat, only Private Message.

Are you able to see the green icon in the top left corner? If you click on it it will open a box on the bottom right. I just tested it with a "Chat test" without signing in on a different computer. Are you using mobile? If so you'll need to enable desktop mode to be able to bring up the chat icon. Let me know if it's not working. If you can find the icon try a test message, thanks. 
p.s. Try refreshing the screen, if you kept the site open in a tab from yesterday the chat icon might not have loaded.I just noticed that if your computer goes into sleep mode or disconects from the internet the chat icon will not load util you refresh or click on other discussion threads.

Hey Phil, works just fine for me. Took me a couple of tries, but I figured it out. Doubt I use it much, as slow as I type

Hi Norm, are you able to see the small green icon with a number in the top left just left of the W in "Welcome Oregon Ducks Fans"? If you can't and the screen is all white you may not be in desktop mode, which will require going to the menu and clicking on desktop mode. Once you find it click on the icon to open the box. I just checked it on a couple different devices and it's there for me like usual. Let me know if you still can't find the small icon.

P.S. Try refreshing you screen first.
