Re: Husky game in jeopardy

Why not just postpone for 3 weeks??
I guess that would put it in January--what a year

I would rather do that and forget about bowl games. Probably a scenario that isn't going to be on the table.

So we're 3-2 in mid-December with maybe 1 game left or the best case 3 games if an oppenent was found this weekend, we get to play in the champonship and then a bowl game? I doubt we can find a game this weekend on short notice and who knows on the championship. This year has been something else.

Re: Husky game in jeopardy

hindsight is always 20/20, but I wish the P-12 (and the whole NCAA for that matter) had tried to play a Spring Season instead. maybe 8-9 conf games in March, April, and early part of May, and call it good. probably could have had some fans in the seats to recapture some of the lost revenue. and definitely a better quality of football. ah, well.

On an unrelated note, Cary Grant is a man-crush for me.  That guy was a genius with pinpoint comedic timing.  Pretty much every movie worth a watch when he is starring...

Now I gotta get back to cutting down trees and hunting wild game...

I'm with ya there.  Though my crush began with his suspense roles in Hitchcock films then moved on to his romantic comedies.  He was so elegant..

Re: Husky game in jeopardy

When is the Pac-12 going to make a decision on the championship? I mean the championship game is scheduled for a week from today. I don't see how they can drag their feet on this one for very long.

I am sure they are going to wait until tomorrow's games are completed. The dilemma they will have is Colorado and USC are both 4-0 and will be 5-0 if they win(Utah and UCLA respectively) so who represents the South Division IF the Championship Game is played?

Re: Husky game in jeopardy

Since there are no undefeated teams in the North Division...maybe the Pac-12 will make the Championship Game between USC and Colorado IF they remain undefeated.

I'm rooting for Utah right now. They'll have a lot harder time leaving the North out of it with Colorado loosing today.
