Fentress’ story on Cyrus Habibi-Likio is a good one. I was bummed that CHL decided to transfer out, but was thrilled that he will be getting a fair shot at contributing more to a team, as he always strived to. My feelings toward bsu has changed now that Avalos and Cyrus is there but will always root for U of Hawai’i and U of Oregon, my alma maters, when/if playing against them.

excellent piece by the Fentman; hope we'll see more Duck features from him, rather than, say, another Canzano snipe-swipe at Dana Altman.
good insights into the thought process and decision-making thousands of young men (and women) student-athletes are going through right now, with SARS-CoV-2, disrupted schedules and seasons, online-only college classes, and the economic mess left behind. can't begrudge anyone for making a change.
don't think Cyrus-Habs is a next-level player, so he might as well enjoy his college playing days and get as many touches (and memories) as he can. I can never root for the Smurfs; but I'll root for him to score a few TDs in a losing effort.
Lady Ducks locked in a 0-0 tussle with #1 UCLA in T4. Brooke Yanez w 6 Ks already. looks like Missy Lombardi has got herself a team. #buildbackbetter

Well written article.
I share CHL's sentiments noted in the article. I think he was under utilized.
For a head coach(Cristobal) who dwells on physicality at the point of attack, I was surprised CHL was not used more besides the goal line (as in what he did against the uw). Especially when the RB of choice is seemingly so often injured(Verdell).
However, beyond a physical offensive line, I have no idea what Cristobal's philosophy / vision is for Oregon's offense so I am happy CHL will be playing for a team(like Shough at Texas Tech) where there is one.
