Oregon Football RTI

bet you didn't know there was such a thing as Returning Talent Index. some crunchy numbers from a geek sports site have the Ducks looking good for 2021. Chip and BruCru could make some noise, too.
at least one analyst has already awarded the starting QB job to Ty Thompson.

Interesting article,  OMM, thanx. I see some teams already pausing FB activities due to COVID. I'm hoping we'll have a full, uncomplicated season, but nothing is certain. TT does seem to be the favorite for starting QB according to many sites, but MC likes experience, so we'll see.

Re: Oregon Football RTI

I see it very differently...Oregon has  plenty of returning / incoming talent with PLAYERS.

I am far more concerned about the returning COACHES and most specifically the trifecta of Cristobal-Moorhead-Mastro as it relates to the offense.

Oregon will have its third different starting QB in 3 seasons; the offense averaged 5 points per game in the 4th quarter last season including being shutout in the second half of the Fiesta Bowl.

Returning / incoming talent mean zilch if the coaching staff doesn't know how to utilize said talent. At some point an identity on offense has to extend beyond the offensive line...I am hoping this is the season it happens.

Im not very confident with MCs head coaching during games --
