I think he is spot on about how they need to improve physically, in leadership and having a go to player. Also he is right about too many players has its own set of challenges.

We are losing Mark Campbell, Grave's main assistant coach the last seven years, and an outstanding recruiter. He'll become HC at Sac State. I think eleven players is fine right now, and there might be one transfer in the works.
