Thank you for your support of Oregon Athletics, and thank you so much for your patience and understanding as the University works with local and state health authorities to ensure the safest environment possible for our home football games at Autzen Stadium this fall. After a long 22 months, you will have the opportunity to cheer on the Ducks in person when we kick off our season on Sept. 4 against Fresno State.
 
Today’s announcement from the University of Oregon Incident Management Team, in consultation with public health authorities, outlines several health and safety practices and protocols for university events and activities, including all athletic events. The health and safety of you, our student-athletes and our staff will always be the top priority for Oregon Athletics. As we head towards kickoff, we want you to be aware of several changes to the normal gameday experience at Autzen Stadium. These changes include new health and safety protocols developed in consultation with local health authorities, as well as the use of new technologies that will improve the gameday experience.
 
With the exception of mobile ticketing, all new health and safety protocols enacted as a result of the continued presence of COVID-19 will be evaluated on a weekly basis in consultation with—and with direction from—local public health authorities and the UO Incident Management Team.
 
Vaccination Policy

• Beginning Aug. 23, all fans ages 12 and older planning to attend games at Autzen Stadium or any other UO sporting event will need to show proof of vaccination, including a CDC-issued Vaccination Record Card (or photo of the card) and corresponding identification, to gain entry.
• For those 12 and older who cannot provide proof of vaccination, documentation of a negative test taken within three days of the event will also be accepted. • Fans under 12 are not subject to proof of vaccination or a COVID-19 test, but must be fully masked at all times within Autzen Stadium, except when actively eating or drinking.

Face Coverings

• All guests ages 5 and over are required to wear face coverings in all areas of Autzen Stadium, per direction from Lane County Public Health.

 
Mobile Ticketing

• Beginning this season, fans will utilize the ease and convenience of mobile tickets via the GoDucks Gameday App presented by Pepsi. Physical event tickets will no longer be printed.
• For those who do not have the GoDucks Gameday app, you can download your tickets here.
• Step-by-step instructions and a how-to video can be found at goducks.com/mobiletickets.
• To manage your tickets on a game-by-game basis, ticketholders have the ability to transfer or resell through the GoDucks Gameday App, or visit https://am.ticketmaster.com/oregonducks/#/. For any questions please call: 541-346-4461 or email: tickets@uoregon.edu.

 
Pre-Game/Entering Autzen Stadium

• Gates to Autzen Stadium and the seating bowl will now open two hours prior to the scheduled kickoff. To avoid congestion at the gate, as wait times entering the stadium will be longer than normal with updated health and safety protocols, fans are encouraged to arrive early.
• The Moshofsky Center will be closed to fans for the Fresno State game. As with all other health and safety protocols, this will be evaluated on a weekly basis.

 
Clear Bag Policy

• The clear bag policy at Autzen Stadium remains in effect. As a reminder, fans may bring in one clear bag no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” or a one-gallon plastic storage bag. Fans are limited to one clear bag per person, along with a small clutch or purse for privacy.

 
Parking/Tailgating

• Parking lots will be open four hours prior to kickoff.

 
Concessions

• As many other businesses are experiencing, supply chain issues may necessitate limited concession stands and menus.
• Water stations on the concourse will continue to be available.
• Fans may continue to bring prepackaged food and sealed, non-alcoholic, non-glass beverage containers into the stadium.

 
Shuttles

• Unlike in past years, Lane Transit District (LTD) is unable to provide Autzen Shuttle service this season. You can still ride LTD to the UO and then walk to the stadium from campus. Check out LTD bus schedules at https://www.ltd.org/maps-stations-routing/.
• First Student has jumped in and will operate the Autzen Shuttle for the 2021 Duck Football Season from three Park and Ride locations: Valley River Center, Lane Events Center, and Pacific Source. Autzen Shuttle remains $5 per roundtrip, but cash is not accepted. Shuttle passes may be purchased at https://am.ticketmaster.com/oregonducks/fbduckexpress.
• Shuttles will begin operating three hours prior to kickoff and return to the Park and Ride locations will be offered at halftime and at the conclusion of the game.

Video Board

• The fan experience will be greatly enhanced by the new, state-of-the-art video board and audio system on the East end of Autzen Stadium. The main video screen is 186” x 66”, and there is an additional video screen on the back of the new video board that faces PK Park and parking lots on the East side. Additional pregame safety messaging may be posted on this screen.

 
As a reminder, the additional health and safety protocols detailed above will be evaluated on a weekly basis and are subject to change, at the direction of the UO Incident Management Team and local public health authorities. Fans will be notified immediately when adjustments are made to any of these health and safety protocols.
