This is getting good. I'm pleasantly surprised they got the run going today.

Score again and get ball to start 2nd half

That holding call was crap. Took points off the board

Not Too Shabby. Nice mix of play calls and solid defense. Would have been nice to get more points..I thought the holding call was BS. Get the ball to start the 2nd half, and cram it in the end zone. Go Ducks!!!

Tell Moorhead we need to score 6 TDs in the second half so we can get more kickoff practice.
Maybe the D could chip in a score or two to make it easier on the offense to get there.
I'd say that's a pretty satisfactory first half. The D hasn't really dominated or controlled them, it's the old bend but don't break thing. I'd rather not bend, either. But it's certainly been far better than I'd have expected without either KT or Flowe.
As advertised, the offense has been able to run the ball, just like Minnesota did, but we've also had a pretty good mix of play calling. 18 runs, 19 passes. 7 1/2 yards per pass attempt, 5.7 per run. That's pretty decent, actually. I don't think this is a great OSU defense but it's a good one. Pity we didn't get at least a FG to end the half, but if we go score at the start of the second half I like our chances here. If we can keep the lead our rushing attack is likely to get stronger as the game goes on.
