1 quarter to go; down by 28...logic dictates playing the best passer...but Oregon sticks with AB?!?
You'd think they were the ones wanting to run the clock down on that last drive.

No guarantee we beat the Orange team up north.

I hope they really come out with some fire next week or they will lose. Last year it looked like they really didn't care about finishing the season.

osu scored 42 against Utah and won.
Cristobal with 7 points on the scoreboard and down by 31 sticks with the QB that "gives us the best chance to win."
We learned a lot tonight about MC.

We already knew he’s a loyal guy.

I would substitute "stubborn" in place of "loyal."

Well, gotta beat the Beavs and get another crack at the Utes in Vegas. I don't understand the game plan of passing instead of a steady diet of run game, but it is what it is. Still have a shot at the Rose Bowl.

Me too! Moorhead is looking for his own gig.

It didn't go our way tonight, but we can still get some satisfaction. Win the Civil War, and go beat these guys. Then we get a Rose Bowl berth. We are the Ducks. Let's go get it!

Love you boys! Hitting the hay...goodnight!

Beavs looked pretty good last night. I dont give us any better chance of beating them then Utah.
MC has this team in disarray. Definitely has a lack of offensive experience and where was Moorehead's game planning???? Is he still the OC or is it just a symbolic position???

To me, the Beavs know who they are, and they stick to what they do best. I expect they'll run a ton next week, and their QB is certainly capable of exploiting our secondary. It seems to me our kids are worn down..maybe lighten up the practices this week, tho probably not. We have a ton of injuries, and many come in practice. Gotta admit, last night has me really bummed. We rolled over and let the Utes have their way. All the talk of being a physical team is just that: talk.

What is the most disheartening to me is Cristobal had no answer / no visible plan to counter when Utah was "out-physicalitying" Oregon. He had no response other than continuing to do the same thing which put the Ducks down by 28 points...so of course it didn't work. If he had a Plan B or Plan C it certainly wasn't clear watching it.
