Im not sold on this hire just yet. Lets see some results before we call him the messiah.

I like the hire, but he is young as a head coach at 35. He'll have a learning curve most likely. Unless he turns out to be a coaching prodigy and comes out the gate doing what Ducks Reign said is the all import important skill-set of actual coaching. Aside from the recruiting factor, of course.
Also, at first i cringed when i found out they hired out of Georgia. We've had bad luck with ties to nearby Florida.
But I found out that he's a Missouri native so that shouldn't be a problem down the road. Unless at some point he feels compelled to return to Georgia in a head coaching capacity. Ya never know.
