diverticulitis still kills people in underdeveloped countries. stay hydrated, get your fiber, maintain a healthy weight, exercise, and reduce or get off the NSAIDs. get your colonoscopy when it's time (although Moorhead is only 48). problem is completely avoidable w no-cost lifestyle changes.
