Yeah I was starting to wonder if the conditioning, strenth training and approach to practices all wrapped up in a "physicality" mindset via the Cristobal/Feld combination  was contributing to the volume of injuries? I am not a conspiracy person but it is interesting that in Cristobal's 4th year as head coach and ditto for Feld at his job that the team suffered injuries far beyond normal levels.

Thus I am glad the team will get a new perspective in that context.

I am too and wondered if the injuries were just bad luck this season.

Besides that the Ducks had massive size on both their lines. Mario always talked about physicality and all. Utah pushed us around big time and I can't say the Ducks looked like they were always a super physical team despite their size in other games.

Feld had great enthusiasm and energy on the sideline so I hate to knock him on something I'm not even sure about.
